The TFBC Kids Experience:

Sunday Mornings
at TFBC Kids: Breakfast & Bible Study
​Our Sunday morning experience begins at 9:30 AM and is designed to feed both the bodies and souls of our children. We provide a complimentary breakfast for all kids, followed by a dedicated time of fellowship and age-specific Bible study.

Ages 2 through 3rd Grade: We use the Bible Studies for Life curriculum by Lifeway, which brings the Word to life through engaging storytelling and activities.

4th and 5th Graders: Our older elementary students dive deeper into the Word using the David C. Cook Curriculum, designed to help them transition into a more mature, personal faith.

Wednesday Nights at TFBC Kids

5:30PM - Feed Our Families: Join us for a complimentary meal (free of charge) before the evening begins. It's a perfect time for families to connect and refuel.

6:45 PM - Kids Services: High-energy programs where faith and fun meet.

The 'Beyond' Experience:
We believe in celebrating God's joy! Our numerous special events - like VBS and our legendary seasonal parties are the perfect opportunities for kids to invite friends and experience a life-changing adventure with Jesus.
TFBC Children's Church: Fun, Safe, and Focused on Grace
TFBC Children's Church Ministry is led by:

During our 11:00 AM service, we provide age-specific worship environments where your child can safely discover God's Grace

Ages 2 to Pre-K: These little ones start their service at 11:00 AM in the Children's Wing. If they are already in 9:30 AM Sunday School, they may stay through the 11:00 hour.​

Kindergarten through 5th Grade: These students join their families in the main sanctuary for worship. At the conclusion of the music, they are dismissed to meet their leaders at the primary double back doors of the sanctuary.

Safe Transition: Our leaders will check in the students at the doors and escort them to their own designated service area within the Children's Wing.
​​

Pick-up: After the 11:00 AM service concludes, all children will be waiting for their parents in the Gymnasium.
​​
Check-In Note: For ALL children, please use the computer kiosk at the Welcome Center for check-in before the service begins.

Sunday (9:30 AM): Join us for a free continental breakfast followed by our Old Testament journey through the Bible.

Wednesdays (5:30PM - 8:00 PM): Start with church-wide dinner (5:30) followed by student-led worship (6:45).

6th-7th Grade: Small group classes.​

8th-12th Grade: Youth room teaching with Jonathan Page and interactive prayer groups.

High School Bible Study: Eight-week home sessions at Jonathan and Katie Page's home. These Monday night studies are perfect for building deep relationships and digging into scripture.

3rdy for 30: High-energy dodgeball in the Family Life Center (FLC) every 3rd Wednesday (8:00 PM).

5th Wednesday Parties: We celebrate every quad-annual "5th Wednesday" with our most famous youth holiday!

Community & Leadership

FCA Leadership: Many of our students serve as leaders for Dade Middle and Dade County High School Fellowship of Christian Athletes clubs.

Mission Trips: Every summer, high schoolers travel to Logan, West Virginia, to serve the community through local food pantries and outreach.

Annual Retreats & Camps

Bold Camp (Odd Years): An immersive summer experience featuring worship, water activities, and games to help students know Jesus better.

Disciple Now (Even Years): Summer camp weekends at local sites like Camp ToknowHim in Pisgah, AL.

Winter Retreat: Annual trips to Pigeon Forge, TN, for conferences like Strength to Stand or Xtreme.

Summer Day Trips: Fun excursions to the Tennessee Aquarium, Chattanooga Lookouts, Atlanta Braves, and Cloudland Canyon.

Joy Ministry: Specialized Support for All Abilities
Side Kicks on Sundays: We pair children with special needs with a dedicated "Sidekick" volunteer, providing 1-on-1 support so every child can experience church in a way that works for them.
Parents' Night Out (Respite Care): Enjoy a break while your child and their siblings have a blast with our trained volunteers. Our respite care at Trenton First Baptist church offers a safe, fun environment with activities tailored to your child's needs.
Inclusive Vacation Bible School (VBS): We offer a flexible VBS for special needs that adapts to your child. Whether they thrive in peer groups or smaller settings, we provide the support needed to ensure they don't miss out on the fun.
Adaptive Summer Camp: A structured, high-support summer camp for kids with disabilities. Our days are filled with sensory-friendly art, games, and Bible lessons designed for maximum engagement and JOY.
Our Expert Volunteer Team: Your child is in safe hands. The TFBC Joy Ministry is led by a dedicated team of special educators, medical professionals, and first responders committed to providing the highest level of care.

TFBC Senior Adults:
Growing in Faith and Fellowship
TFBC Senior Adults Ministry Leaders: Paul & Jane Fiore

Our Senior Adults gather on the 3rd Friday of every month for a time of shared food, devotionals, and deep fellowship. We embrace a true 'pot-luck' tradition where everyone brings a favorite dish to share!

Where We Meet: We gather in the Conference Room at 12:00, located inside the Family Life Center (conveniently adjacent to the kitchen).

A Special December Tradition: Each December, we add a festive Cookie Exchange to our monthly potluck - a sweet highlight of our holiday season!

Adventure Awaits: Beyond our monthly meetings, we regularly take Senior Field Trips to scenic and historic spots within an hour of Trenton. For these outings, you are welcome to drive your own vehicle or enjoy the ride and conversation by traveling together in the church van.
